BrandForge
A brand identity system built on 30 years of design practice, twelve Jungian archetypes, and structural rules that produce outputs a template tool never could.
Learn MoreMost brands look designed.
Almost none mean anything.
Every tool starts with the same question: how do we make website building easier? Wix, Squarespace, Lovable, and Figma all answered it. None of them asked if that was the right question in the first place.
The right question is who is this business, really? What does it stand for? Professional brand strategy — the kind that connects personality to every design decision — has always been out of reach for most businesses. The agencies that do it well charge more than most small businesses spend on everything else combined. The tools that claim to do it produce variations of the same aesthetic soup.
What has been missing is a framework: a systematic model that translates brand personality into structural rules, not aesthetic preferences. A Ruler brand's sparse layout is not a style choice. It's a trust signal. A Caregiver brand's warm, rounded type isn't a trend. It's a relationship cue. These rules can be built into a product.
And the website that comes out afterwards should look like it was designed for that business specifically, because it was. Not a template they filled in. Something that belongs to them.
Every brand has a personality. Yours is already one of these.
BrandForge identifies your dominant archetype from twelve Jungian archetypes — each one mapping to a distinct set of structural design rules that shape everything from your color palette to your brand voice.
Each archetype maps to seven design dimensions.
Every one structural.
A 12-question quiz scores responses against the twelve Jungian brand archetypes, identifying a dominant archetype, a secondary archetype, and a confidence tier. Each archetype maps to seven independent design dimensions — not as aesthetic intuitions, not as trends, not as personal preferences, but as structural rules derived from research into how visual systems communicate personality.
Business context makes the output specific. Layout and structural density are determined by business type and information architecture. Archetype drives the presentation layer: colors, typography, shape language, and voice. Both inputs are required to produce something that actually feels like it belongs to that business.
The Ruler
Same salon.
Different brand.
The Caregiver
Same salon.
Different brand.
Four phases: each one
valuable on its own.
BrandForge doesn't ask you to wait for the whole system before you get something real. Each phase builds on the last, and each one delivers something a business can actually use.

"This is what that means"
Interpretation layer. What the archetype means for messaging, audience, and customer experience. Website mockup as hero deliverable. Imagery generation.

Design and Layout
"Structure responds to personality"
Generated layouts where the spatial structure itself is driven by archetype rules. A Ruler and a Caregiver don’t get different colors on the same grid. Instead, they get different grids.

"Every website could only belong to that business"
Full platform. Twelve answers to a complete, production-ready, structurally unique website. The age of template-based design ends here.
Future Development
This quadrant has never had
a product in it.
Getting a website has always forced a choice: use a tool that's accessible but gives you a template, or hire someone who can build what you actually need. The tools that produce good, clean, owned code — WordPress, Webflow — require significant technical skill to implement. The tools that don't require skill produce junk code you can't edit, don't own, and can't secure.
Wix, Squarespace, and Framer lock you into templates you can't change without breaking them. Figma Sites, Lovable, and AI builders generate code that's impossible to edit, easily hackable, and never truly yours.
The top-right quadrant — high design control, clean code you own, no technical skill required — has never had a product in it. That's what BrandForge is being built to become.
